Before I met Walter, I had two brain aneurysm surgeries which lead to a near death experience. I experienced my spirit and my soul very deeply but I couldn’t contain the energy of these experiences in my body because I was emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually immature.
But from Walter’s trainings and teachings through meditation, breathing and exercises I have learned to experience my Soul Space, contain the energy in my body, and learn from my Spirit.
His training and meditation have made my mind more focused and aware about the myths, symbols, images and ideas that I have used to sabotage me. And emotionally I am more balanced and calm with less highs and lows and more importantly the feeling of hope has been restored in me.

A connection to my father was detected. His exactitude was addressed and
my feeling of inadequacy relative to his criticism was cleared as shown
by muscle testing, also the fear of my father’s rash attitude and fallout
of his actions. Even though I was not the direct cause of his anger or
frustration, I could easily become a victim of it. This was also cleared
as verified by muscle testing. My relationship with my father is changed
and a more harmonious vibration quality has been achieved. My "Embracing The Tree" stance was
examined and my energy was grounded through physical adjustments and abdominal
massage work this resulted in a fuller energetic feeling in my torso
and legs. A more stable countenance seems to exist. A direction for
further cultivation has been plotted and a revised sensibility is

OCEAN BREATHING

Breathing is becoming more natural. In the beginning I had to
concentrate and get my rhythm but once I am into it I don’t have to
think about it as much and my mind can focus more on the Holy Spirit.
Today when I arrived I had a lot on my mind; health wise and mentally
when I got into my breathing I felt the anointing of the Holy Spirit. At
exhales I felt in the spirit; unwanted things coming out and a healing
taking place. With each exhale I believe that a release of
negative energy took place. And with each inhale the power of the Lord
came in. Thank You Lord for your healing!

More aware of internal energies. The breathing will be very helpful in
accessing deeper levels of meditation. And also to wake up energies in
the body. Become aware of warm glowing sensations and waves of
electricity during several parts of the session.

Initially, once sitting very comfortably and securely with my breath in
synch, I imagined breathing as if surrounded by water. The room felt
very peaceful. Before long, I was able to discontinue the "forced image"
and let it happen on its own. My facial muscles relaxed and images of
gold appeared. As I became more still, the gold was so bright then
turned bright blue. I had levels of where my consciousness became more
and more still-even sounds around me quieted. Staying in that state, I
felt as if I wasn't breathing at all. But, it must have been when I
realized decreased sensations of breathing that I felt the urge to take
deep breaths. When I did take these deep breaths, it would disturb my
rhythm. Another break in my rhythm occurred whenever my mouth filled
with saliva and I needed to swallow. I also had moments when I felt that
certain judgments of myself or others were beginning to further
dissolve.
During the sitting session where my palms were resting on the navel
area, I experienced the most stillness throughout. No mindful thoughts
or realizations distracted me and I found it easier to hold my saliva
until the end. I did feel several tightening and pulsing sensations
around my throat and beneath my chin and just relaxed with those
sensations. Also, the visual brightness (i.e., gold, blue) was not
present... more of a still darkness. Thank You.

I am getting a little more acquainted with moving my awareness down into
my abdomen as I do the Ocean Breathing. Today, I have been trying to
focus on the feeling of my shirt against my stomach, using that to help
me find a starting point. The tingling feeling is present, mostly
through my arms and legs. I haven't felt very connected through the back
or organs yet.
After Walter gave me a little help, I was able to begin feeling some
energy movement in my abdomen. It seemed to start deep behind my navel
and then radiate outward. It was a little more noticeable in the left
side of my body. After we lay down, I had a pain in the lower right area
of my back, but it dissipated after a few moments
The next experience was very relaxing, but I didn't feel very
consciously connected. It was more relaxing than anything else.

The first ten minutes were very peaceful. Then a pain developed in my
right shoulder that was very distracting. During the relaxation period,
it disappeared. I frequently saw the color purple during the breathing,
green as we started to relax.
This time I felt a lot of heat. The seat felt hard against my sitting
down which made me squirm a lot.

At first various restrictions/tightness -then tingling in arms/hands and
relaxation and feeling of lightness. Saw colors-magenta (Various
shades).
I feel this will enhance my sense of purpose on the earth and my overall
personal well being. It feels good to nurture myself so that I may
nurture others in the best manner possible. When holding hand over
the navel, I felt some warmth but mostly coolness. Afterward, I felt
tingling in my hands, feet, and scalp. Felt very relaxed and calm. Still
some tightness in upper back between shoulder blades but less than at
first.

The energy seems to be getting stronger as time passes by. Every two or
three months, I feel the energy flow more powerfully. It seems to
tighten my body and run all the way from the top of my head to my head
to my toes. I seem to get a natural high!
I felt the energy all in my bones during the meditation period. I felt I
was floating during the resting period.

It seems hard to describe, but I feel as though I'm in some element,
water. Not water, but something that is everywhere. I felt movements in
the water. Everyone's breath, body movements all seem to be tangible to
me. My body feels like a heavy spacesuit at times, like there are many
layers to this shell.

While synchronizing my breath with the rhythm of the music, I began to
fall into a trance, a deep soothing trance. Once in the trance, I began
to see colors, lights, and the feeling of swaying back and forth inside
of myself.

I felt very peaceful, relaxed, less stressed. Ready for bedtime. During
resting I saw unknown people flashing before me. I also kept going in
and out of a sleep state during breathing.

During the first session, I experienced pain in the shoulder and
restlessness. It increased during the second session and I had to stand
for awhile.
The third session started out very focused and peaceful. Then I started
to experience some antsiness and discomfort. After that, I lost
consciousness, time went by quickly and before I knew it, we were
relaxing.

I felt an overwhelming sense of peace, love, joy, happiness and oneness.
I saw various things; colors, images of spirit guides, connecting
energies, children playing on the playground, but those children were
each students in the class. I saw the naval cord of Walter Beckley being
extended to each student.

Very purposeful! I sensed the connection of living in line with my
essence. I also sensed and am continuing to feel a note of "aha"
moments where my body is saying "aha" to what my mind/intellect
was seeking and where my mind/intellect is saying "aha" to what my
mind intellect was seeking. My mind/intellect is saying "ahaah"
to what my body is experiencing. At this moment...Nothing else matters.

I found the breathing to be "hard" work. Mostly I didn't feel much until
we did the hand shaking. I felt tingling and warmth. I was beginning to
think I wasn't going to have any sensation of energy, so this was good.

The breathing makes me feel calm and light. Time seems to move more
quickly during the breathing practices. I had many visual images during
the breathing sessions. I saw colors, images of structures and white
light that dissolved all the structures. At the end of the morning
session, I was able to feel the energy.

I felt energy compacting my body, squeezing everything towards my hand!
During the resting period, I felt energy and heat dissipating from my
body. I enjoyed the first session very much. The second meditation
period, the Chi seemed to go into my bones. During the resting period, I
developed a headache.

The first part of the meditation was a bit difficult to breathe
comfortably. I felt myself vibrating and a burst of heat go through me
and I found myself releasing darkness out of my breath. The second part
was much more pleasant. The feeling of really breathing then the jolt
(similar to the way you nod off to sleep when you are sitting up). I saw
the lavender smoke surrounding me with this beautiful calm sensation of
complete trust. The gold blended in with the lavender as I felt higher
and higher excellence. Third part of meditation, hands had a lot of heat
and as I went into the breath, the lavender appeared and blended in some
black-like membrane. Then the lavender took over with green and white.
The lavender dominated the other colors. When I lay down and saw through
my minds eye, I saw a gold pyramid. Most relaxing.

I have discovered I am me in a lot of different ways. I have discovered
I am not a oneness, but a composite of everything else and then again I
have my own unique qualities. This class has been a real adventure for
me. I enjoyed the meetings of the different individuals and the
different levels they're at and the different things they say and do.

I had no idea that breathing, the breath of life, could be difficult.
Focusing on inhaling and exhaling correctly was quite challenging for
me. I am more aware now that I need to get in touch with my spiritual
self. To be able to feel and experience opposed to intellectualizing and
structural behavior. To be instinctive and aware of what's around me and
not just aware of the superficial. I also felt a sense of questioning
the known or what I've been taught over the decades. I also felt an
extreme sense of relaxation and calmness. a serenity and a sense of
colors: orange, yellow and purple intertwined in a circular motion.
Also, as I started the breathing, I felt a rush of sensations going
through my head and a discomfort in my stomach. Shortly after, I felt a
sense of peach and calm; I felt an overwhelming overall good sensation.
I, also at times, felt aches and pains in my overall body.
As we continued the session after the break, I found it easier to
breath, inhaling and exhaling. I was not as focused on the breathing,
but mores o on the sensations I was experiencing. When I placed my hands
across my abdomen, I could feel a warm sensation as I breathed in and
out. Then all of a sudden, I felt the aches and pains I experienced
earlier. I continued the breathing, trying not to focus on the
discomfort, but was unsuccessful. When I lied down, I immediately felt
better and more relaxed. I started to feel light and airy. I felt myself
gradually elevating; a sense of floating in clouds. This feeling
continued until the session stopped.

I felt peaceful and relaxed at first. Things were going great. Then the
chair felt hard and uncomfortable again (even with the cushion). I got
antsy and restless and squirmed around. Once I relaxed on the towel, I
was peaceful again. I saw the purple light;
The session was more peaceful although I did find it helpful to stand up
once. My hands slid off my naval at one point, so when I noticed, I put
them back in place. I jerked around a bit.

5-minute session - Experience was relaxing. There was a little
experience of tension. It was at those moments; I concentrated on just
trying to let go. I saw an assortment of colors. I experienced a little
chatter from encounters or interactions I had with people in my life
this week. An insight that I gained is the reinforcement of being
truthful with myself because you cannot lie to your spirit. My spirit is
letting me know that I have a long way to go and that things probably
grab my attention for a little bit more time than they should.
1st 20-minute session - I once again made a conscious effort to allow
whatever chatter, voices, past conversations, or past interactions with
myself and others to come through. Some of them manifested vividly in a
dreamlike form. Other experiences were just vocal. I wouldn't call them
useless chatter though. These images are coming for some reason. Getting
in touch with the breath more hopefully will help me find out. The
experience was once again very relaxing. While in the chair, I felt many
jolts of energy shooting through me like I was actually getting punched.
It felt invigorating. When I was lying down, I felt tremendous rushes of
energy and different shades of purple moving in and out or entering and
exiting at the same time.
2nd 20-minute session - A little tension in the legs was felt. I
consciously had to relax. I swayed more in the chair than the previous
two times. Once I almost felt myself fall out of the chair. Some of the
same chatter as before. For the most part, I felt relaxed. An insight
that I gained would have to be I definitely have to be more consistent
because it just feels right when you allow yourself to be yourself no
matter what because going through this world or living in the world I
have found that people, when we interact that sometimes we really can't
handle the difference in opinions we may have about life or life
situations, but if you can truly be and know yourself, then acceptance
of each other and each others opinions becomes a lot easier. Staying in
tune with the breath is one sure way to do just that. BREATHE.

Very profound experience. Truly clearing, loving and joyous. I have not
been happy in quite awhile and learning that I have had experiences to
"force" me back within myself where true joy, love and happiness is were
my own creations. What a trick I have played on myself. What a joy in

45 minute breathing meditation felt good. Since I did this work last, I
have not smoked, so I think I overall feel healthier ( not smoked for 6
months) and breath work feels richer.

Nothing really happened with my second session. I felt tingling in the
feet and hands. What came to mind was that I spend too much time
anticipating what would happen next.

I felt the energy and warmth during the first time, mostly in my hands.
The second time I did not feel the energy transfer from the hand to the
organs. I don’t know if I got much from this. I felt really relaxed
almost to the point of sleepiness. The third time concentrated on
breathing into the organs and felt the warmth this time. I enjoyed the
feet and sacrum activation, those gave the best feelings.

During the Radiant Hand Body Activation, I was blessed by the
realization and application of the concept "feel as if you're
holding/loving a baby". The energy applied to each point was very
nurturing and healing.
