Internal Fitness System

Our state of the art Internal Fitness System works with developing the radiance of your inside energy. The Internal Fitness System is easy to learn and can increase and balance the flow of energy and power the body and offers a very joyful and empowering state of physical, mental and emotional awareness and clarity. It gives a complete cardiovascular workout, builds the immune system while activating the lymph, respiratory, digestive, nervous, urinary, and muscular systems.

Radiant Force Joint Opening Activation

 These postures are designed to re-open the joints. When the joints are open they fill with radiant force (chi), this promotes greater chi flow into the connecting bone structure. Opening the joints enables the radiant healing force to strengthen the bones, marrow and blood.

Radiant Force Chi Kung

 These simple movements combine the power of Ocean Breathing and the body awareness gained from the Radiant Force Body Activation Method, reconnects you to the earth. Learn to move with the Radiant Force as the Radiant Force moves through you. A good Chi Kung system is important for bringing to life the beauty of Tai Chi and the brilliance of yoga.

Radiant Healing Sun & Water Yoga

 Gently opens and stretches the body's energetic pathways, releasing stress while enhancing more radiance and vitality.

Tai Chi Chi Kung

 This form involves slow and fluid movements while the posture balance's the body between yin and yang or soft and hard qualities within your body. These movements gently and dynamically bring one's body, mind and chi into balance promoting harmony within. This form of Tai Chi is excellent for enhancing balance and flexibility. It gives a complete cardiovascular workout, builds the immune system while activating the lymph, respiratory, digestive, nervous, urinary and muscular system.
